Pricing & Payment Terms
How pricing works
Every project is different. Our pricing depends on the scope of work, shoot length, number of deliverables, editing complexity, revision rounds, usage rights, location requirements, crew size, studio time and whether presenters or talent are involved. We provide a written quote or proposal before any work begins so you know exactly what to expect.
Guide pricing
Pricing shown on the website is a guide only and final pricing is confirmed by written quote or proposal. Guide prices are intended to give you a general idea of investment levels and may vary depending on your specific requirements.
Payment structure
Our standard payment structure is 50% upfront to secure your booking and begin work, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery of completed files. For monthly retainer work, payments are made on an agreed schedule (typically monthly in advance). For larger projects, staged payments may be available and we can discuss finance options where appropriate.
Late payments
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to pause all work in progress and withhold delivery of final files until the outstanding balance is cleared. We will always attempt to contact you before taking this step, but timely payment ensures your project stays on track.
Usage rights
Full usage rights for the agreed purpose are granted once all payments have been received in full. Until payment is complete, delivered content may not be used commercially. For more detail on licensing, please see our Usage & Licensing page.
Extra costs
Certain costs fall outside the core production fee and are charged separately. These may include travel and accommodation, music licensing, stock footage or imagery, models or presenters, specialist equipment hire, location fees and any other third-party costs required by the project. We will always confirm these with you before committing.
Invoicing
All invoices are sent via email. Payment terms and due dates are clearly stated on each invoice. If you require purchase order numbers or specific invoicing formats, please let us know at the start of the project.
Payment methods
We accept payment by bank transfer (BACS). Card payments may be available where specified. Payment details are included on all invoices.
Disputes
If you have a concern about an invoice or charge, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the invoice. We will review the matter and work with you to resolve it fairly. Contact us at hello@cramatic.com or call 0161 938 3686.
No guaranteed results
We produce high-quality commercial content designed to support your business objectives. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as views, engagement, sales figures or revenue increases. Results depend on many factors beyond production, including your marketing strategy, audience, budget and market conditions.
This page provides general information about how we work. Specific project terms may also be confirmed in a written proposal, invoice, contract or service agreement.
